Sunday SchoolEarly Morning Service - 8:45am Sunday School - 9:45am Sunday School - 11am Nursery thru 12th grade Sunday School Classes Adult Classes listed below: Home Builders Room 1 This class fulfills the needs of our young parents as they build their faith in raising their families and strengthening their relationship with God. Teacher: Randy Dalrymple Straggler's Class Room 5 Straggler’s Sunday School Class is an informal, discussion-based study centering on current issues while incorporating scripture lessons and their application to modern family life. The class is made up of both married couples and singles, with and without children. Many of our members participate in different areas of our church; hence, sometimes straggle in later than 9:45 am. Seeker's Class Room 4 Seeker’s Class emphasizes practical lessons dealing with the continuing stresses of life which are offered from the perspective of the Christian faith. Problems of guilt, doubt, despair, as well as those common to work, home, career, marriage, “singleness” are addressed. Just living is a challenge. Recognition that the more one learns to see the dimensions of our utterly lost condition, the more one will also, by God’s grace, appreciate marvelous deliverance. Jesus Christ is the only satisfactory way to confront life. All are welcome to explore their efforts in the development of their faith. In Him, find that life has a deeper meaning than the turmoil around you. Turner-Farmer Class Room 6 Turner-Farmer Class includes both couples and singles. We focus on short-term (usually three months) studies of scriptural/spiritual topics selected by class members. Study materials are obtained from Cokesbury or similar sources. Several class members rotate as teachers. Discussion is encouraged and most class members share their views and interpretations of the material. Participants may attend on an on-going basis or for a specific study. Regular class participants support selected mission and church projects during the year and plan occasional social gatherings for the group. George O. King Class Room 8 The George O. King Class is for adults who want to better understand the meaning and authority of the Bible, especially as it pertains to our daily lives. We use the Adult Bible Studies that are based on the International Sunday School Lessons for Christian Teaching. We share a mutual concern for each other and for the church-at-large, and we have fun and fellowship with occasional picnics and parties. Teacher: Don King Smith Bivins/Men's Bible Class Room 9 We are a very close-knit caring class and have wonderful teachers that guide us.
